Never Give Your Email Address when Attending a Conference in China

Here’s a tip, if you have to attend a conference in China, never give them your email address.

The custom seems to be, attend a conference and publish your email address. And then, every other conference in China with anything remotely to do with the one you attended (read “computers”) believes it’s ok to spam you with their conference.

Oh and they decide that they don’t need to do this via a mailing list where you can unsubscribe from repeated spam messages.
